| We need to re-organize again. I think we need a committee style leadership, i.e. about 5 - 7 people who have clear duties but not many of them, so all of us can still enjoy the games we play but get things done. Once we have the committee done, we can begin recruiting again. | |

| re organizing will be done, im working on a new forum to start fresh on instead of trying to do it on this. because its all a mess. so we will switch web engines. | |
